Beta 5 ThumbnailHey guys, just so yall know I'm going to go in a slightly different direction then I was planning this beta to set things up for the demo. Everything that has been planned is still making it into the game, I'm just looking back and thinking about what I wanted the finished game to look like and when I should do thing to bring it there. Good news is that I'm adding back one of my favorite features from the first beta, RANDOM GENORATION, all the structures and stuff will still have pre determined locations, but now the mines themselves will be different every time! I'm doing this because first it allows for much more replayability, and tbh I personally find the game to be more fun like this. Oh also I almost forgot, VISUAL REWORK BABY! Most of the tiles where pixel art and didn't match the player and entities, so to fix this I went back and redid EVERY tile texture in the game! Now unfortunately upgrade prices will increase at higher rate because they get maxed out too quickly and deep ores give you quite a bit of money. Also just know that after beta 5 I will be going strait to the first demo!
